Habitat is currently building new homes and renovating existing buildings in Albany’s Sheridan Hollow neighborhood, where we have already built and sold 26 homes. In addition to Habitat’s investment, Sheridan Hollow is the site of new residential and commercial construction developed by Housing Visions and is home to a vibrant neighborhood association. The homes are located within a 10 minute walk from Albany’s downtown district, including the Palace Theatre, Capital Repertory Theatre, Albany City Hall, the Empire State Plaza and the New York State Capitol.
